Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Foxbury Made

At Foxbury Made, every item is custom-made and personalised just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, as personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which exempts goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

However, we understand that things don’t always go to plan. Here's how we handle cancellations and damages:

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

  • After 24 hours, work on your personalised item may have already begun, and we may not be able to cancel or refund your order.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly replace or refund it—as long as the issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item (unused)

    • The original packaging

  • This helps us assess the situation and resolve it quickly.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for damage reported after the 48-hour window or without sufficient photographic evidence.
