Shipping Policy – Foxbury Made

At Foxbury Made, all of our products are handmade to order, which means each item is crafted with care and attention. Please review the information below regarding our shipping options and timelines:

Production Time

• As each item is made to order, please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

• 24-Hour Tracked orders are prioritised at the start of each working day to ensure they are dispatched as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options

We currently ship via Royal Mail and offer the following methods:

• 2nd Class (Untracked)
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  This is a budget-friendly option but does not include tracking.

• 24-Hour Tracked
  A faster, tracked service with a delivery aim of 1 working day after dispatch.
  Ideal if you need your order delivered quickly and want to track its progress.

Important Notes

• Once your order is handed over to Royal Mail, we are no longer in control of delivery times.

• While we do our best to dispatch on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or external factors.
