All toppers are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Slight variations in colour, design placement, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece – but the overall design concept will remain the same.

Size: sizes vary by design, but unless otherwise stated in the listing, all cake toppers are approximately 5 inches wide, and all cupcake toppers are approximately 2 inches wide.

For cardstock toppers, we include wooden sticks and glue dots so you can easily attach the topper to your cake. Some of our acrylic toppers (especially mirror finishes) may arrive with a protective film to prevent scratches during transit. This can be easily peeled away before use.

Processing Time: We aim to create your topper within 3–5 working days from the date of order. If you need it made sooner, please message us before ordering. We can’t always guarantee it, but we’ll do our best to help and dispatch it quicker where possible.

Shipping Options: We currently offer two shipping methods via Royal Mail: 2nd Class (Untracked): Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch. 24-Hour Tracked: A faster, tracked option with delivery aim of 1 working day after dispatch.

Damaged Items: All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of both the damaged and unused item and the packaging so we can assess the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds if damage is reported after this timeframe or without sufficient evidence. 

Important Safety Notice: Please keep all toppers away from open flames. We strongly advise not using candles, sparklers, or other heat sources in combination with our toppers. All of our toppers are for decorative purposes only and are not intended as toys. Keep out of reach of children and supervise during use.
